About Me:
Many people on a healing journey struggle with inner conflict: the push and pull between rest and productivity, giving to others vs. caring for themselves, or staying safe vs. stepping into growth.
Real healing doesn’t come from choosing one part of yourself over another — it comes from learning to honor both. As a Polarity Therapist, I use body-based awareness and emotional integration to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, so that self-care becomes not just a routine — but a deep act of self-love and wholeness.
I support people who are seeking deep, sustainable healing — often after burnout, trauma, or emotional overwhelm — and who are dedicated to self-care and want to move beyond surface-level fixes and reconnect with their full selves.
What is Polarity Therapy?
Polarity Therapy is a holistic practice that supports natural healing by reorganizing the body-mind system. This approach helps you feel more connected, aware, and whole. By combining touch, exercise, nutrition, and self-awareness, Polarity Therapy restores balance to your body’s energy. It allows you to explore the roots of pain, stress, and disease, providing a pathway to unwinding emotional and physical symptoms. Throughout this journey, you’ll also benefit from supportive verbal communication and reflective listening, ensuring that the changes you experience are tailored to your needs.
